Our primary concern is the safety of our patients, employees, providers and their families. Our plan will include the following:
We have modified our schedule in an attempt to reduce wait times and to sanitize rooms and equipment between patients.
Patients must complete the web registration online prior to their visit. This enables less time in the office for you and less exposure.
Please come to your visit alone or bring only those essential to your visit with you (i.e. translators, caregivers, guardians, etc.)
Masks are required for clinicians, staff, and all patients and caregivers.
All patients, employees and providers will be screened upon arrival to office. You will be asked questions pertaining to COVID-19 exposure, temperature screening and asked to sanitize your hands.
We will verify your appointment and proceed to the technician evaluation and you will remain in one room until the doctor will see you
We will maintain social distancing while in the office and minimize any wait in the waiting rooms (you may be asked to wait in your cars). We may utilize cell phones for communication.
We also recommend that all questions for the doctor be written out in advance so that minimal talking is done in the exam rooms. Keep in mind we are always willing to call after the visit if there had been any concerns that were not able to be addressed in the office.
We encourage all who are able to do so to consider telehealth/virtual exam.
